Our Therapist

Autumn is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) with a deep passion for guiding adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, sport performance issues, burnout, and psychological rehabilitation. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in existential theory, which focuses on exploring the meaning and purpose of life, making choices, and facing existential challenges head on.

Autumn utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based interventions.

With a commitment to holistic well-being and personal growth, Autumn assists clients in navigating life transitions, enhancing resilience, and achieving their goals. She believes in the transformative power of therapy to foster greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and overall mental wellness.

Autumn is an avid sport lover and spends her free time with her husband and two fur-children, Blu, a rambunctious Dalmatian and Sosa, a spunky border collie-beagle mix. Autumn loves a good book, quaint coffee shops, and traveling. Contrary to most suspicions, Autumn prefers summer so she can spend time at the lake.
